Non-Dangerous and Dangerous Cargo Clarification

This serves to advise that DG or Non-DG Classification of the cargo should be responsible by shipper, We will not classify and check the cargo category on behalf of shipper. Shipper will be full responsible for related risks/charges lead by inaccurate cargo category declaration. MSC will reserve the right to require client to provide the Letter of Indemnity for general cargo.

关于危险品与非危险品货物的判定，客户须自行查询并在订舱时清晰告知所出口货物属于危险品或非危品类。我司不会针对客户所提供的货物名称或相关材料判定货物是否属于危险品, 并保留要求客户提供非危险品正本保函的权利, 任何由于客户遗漏或不实申报而产生的风险与费用都需客户全部承担。
